To anybody who made the effort to get to the club tonight - I'm really sorry for the late cancellation. I did arrive at the club and snow began quite suddenly and came down heavy and laying. On way home snow stopped and main roads cleared. Roads bad again at my end though.

I get extremely anxious about the prospect of driving in poor conditions. I'd have spent the evening worrying about the weather and the journey home; so decided not to stay.
