Many members of the club have now had the chance to play D&De 5e. How do you think it compares against 13th Age?

I am really enjoying playing 5th ed, it just feels like d&d again. 13th age is great too, and different enough to make me want to play again.

I agree. I like them both, but I think 13th age Is a more cinematic and potentially epic game. Also the amount of control the DM wants on the story would lean you towards 13th age if you want the players (and pure luck) to play a bigger part steering the show.

Having had a fairly quick go at both I prefer 13th age.
You're on the other side of the rabbit hole. Now it's time to die.
