Character Bio below and I've sent you a PM with an email on.

If most already have their characters made if you want I can come a bit early (7:15-30) this week and we can make the char before I join in the one shot group so we can get into the story faster?

Also first time i've done a bio like this so feel free to tell me to tweak anything needed:

Esteban "Thatch" Thatcher
Lunan
Height : 2 metres
Late 20's

Esteban Was born in Lovell City on Luna to a fairly well to do family of civil servants. Like most Lunan children he spent part of his formative years down on Earth or receiving treatments to combat the effects of Luna's low gravity but even still his body has more in common with those in the outer system than the neighbouring Earthers.

Tall and rangy he joined the Marines at 18 as soon as he was able eager to have a more exciting life than his parents. Unfortunately it was not to be. His Low Grav origins making him stand out among the mostly more compact earthers and marking him as an outsider. The butt of many Barrack room jokes Esteban chose to leave after his first 5 year enlistment was up falling into the reserves like all other early leavers but not thinking much of it. I mean when was the last time the reserve was ever called up?

All Marines are warriors first. But generally each has a secondary trade. Thatch was a technical specialist. Trained in hacking access panels, breaching data cores and any other computer work a Marine squad boarding a unwelcoming belter ship might need. This helped him pass a few years contracting at the Bush yards in orbit.

Like everyone else he watched the news feeds from Eros in fascinated horror. When one of the few friends he had inside the Corp let slip that there was talk of the UN calling up the reserve he took one look at the videos of glowing Zombies walking the halls and decided "fuck that shit". The next morning he signed on to the first ship heading Up the well he could find in the hopes of getting lost in the teeming millions before the Navy got around to remembering he existed.

Eventually finding his way to Ceres he takes what looks a fairly easy job on the Seraphim...

On the basis the stats I rolled kinda defeated the other concept.... let me introduce a new character....

i ain't the brightest scrip... but I have a good feel. I aim't pretty and got no real education, cant fix stuff and don't beat folks down., just an ordinary Joe with a streak of low cunning. An acquaintance of mine once told me that success in life was about picking the best options. So ka! Pick the best option = do the best deal... all the same! Zman Ju! Jus don't expect me to be butch or smart or whatever else... I kinda creep up on a opportunity... take my chances when they happen.

So life is about chance, risk, balance, bargain, and I kinda worked out that all of those can be changed... Another friend of mine would say manipulated. He took a cut, I took a bar. I worked hard, he earned scrip under the table, I did well. One thing I know is that bar tenders meet people. All sorts of people. People with dreams. They all want to share a moment over a cheap synthetic scotch, but the ones to listen to are the folks who buy the real thing! Get enough into them you learn something. Did some deals, got some shares in good companies, helped maximise profits for for important folks. Income, cred, scrip... the more the merrier. I met a guys from Ceres Security. He was a talker... seemed to think that war was imminent. wanted an easy life... I told him that everyone needs booze, no matter who wins.., So i sold him the bar for a profit... he got me into the security business. Star Helix. Decent corp, good contacts, better kit, don't like being shot!. Deals within deals...

Really don't know why I didn't do that earlier... the shakedowns alone pay the rent and cover the expenses. Good cred, decent scrip, and I get to shoot folks who might be needing it. feel good bout myself . All in the name of justice! The greater good. Got in with the Mormons. Decent crew. They need info about Tycho, and will pay for it, seems they have concerns about Johnson... No surprise that ship they paying for is a serious chunk of cred.

A year in security is enough for anyone, particularly as the bosses are squeezing seems things are hotting up. Some new corp has the inside line . One door closes, another opens... friend of a friend mentioned this opportunity. Chance to do some private consulting. Some new ships crew needs an extra hand... Maybe get to collect on that Mormon thing. After all, a deal is a deal...
Red Wine should always be opened and allowed to breathe....

if it doesn't apply mouth to bottle resuscitation.

Thanks. Of course stat roles might screw that up but I can tweak it. I'll bring a blank sheet with me Thur as I'll guess we'll need to do the rolling then?
