TOPIC: R1 Mel's dnd 5 Lost mine of Phandelver

Ive never played a wizard before, apart from the lack of Healing spells ( i.e None), im really enjoying myself. Be good to help out with healing as we seem to take a good battering from Mel's excellent rolling, Falling down that hole did me a favour.

For those missing the last session...

Glasstaff (evil mage) escaped the dungeon. Boo!
The party have shattered the red brands and the town of phandelver is free! Hurrah!
Glasstaff has taken two (willing?) hostages, the halfling boy carp and his mother. Boo!
In pursuit along the triboar trail, the party kill a goblin war band and all reach level three! Hurrah!

I managed to get max hitpoints on my level up. Shi'thead now stands a fighting chance of not making death throws next session.

Wheres the fun in that?

Really enjoyed the scenario and the new system too. Looking forward to continuing as Kaldar Ironbreeches at a later date.
