The players are members of the Wentworth Club , and as ladies and gentlemen (upper middle to upper class )will require a credit rating of no less than 40 . The club itself has a reputation for esoteric matters and the player should have a personal or professional interest in such , lower class player are acceptable but will need a reason for asscociation with one of the players . Going forward there can be no link to Bedlam Hospital or the British Museum in a professional capacity.

Sebastian Fairfax was born in Cairo in 1886. His father worked as a clerk and translator for various British commercial concerns operating in Egypt, while his mother was the daughter of a French-speaking Levantine merchant family. Although British by nationality, Sebastian spent his formative years surrounded by a mixture of cultures, languages, religions, and ancient history. Unlike many Europeans living in Egypt, he grew up hearing stories from Egyptian guides, local scholars, merchants, and travellers. As a boy, he wandered among the ancient monuments and developed a fascination with the civilizations that had risen and fallen along the Nile and beyond. His family possessed little money and even less social standing. A university education in Britain was beyond their means. Instead, Sebastian educated himself through voracious reading and by assisting archaeologists and researchers working in Egypt. He became a capable field assistant, translator, and researcher, developing a practical knowledge of archaeology rather than an academic one. By his early twenties he had accompanied several excavations across Egypt and the Levant. Although he never achieved formal scholarly recognition, he gained a reputation as someone who could identify artifacts, navigate local customs, and uncover obscure historical references. By 1925, Sebastian lives comfortably but modestly in a rented flat in Bloomsbury. He earns money through:Lectures.Writing articles and books.Consulting on antiquities.Translating historical documents.Appraising collections for private owners. His greatest talent is not scholarship but people. Years spent navigating excavations, patrons, and colonial officials have taught him how to charm wealthy benefactors and move comfortably among social classes far above his own station. Many aristocrats and collectors regard him as an entertaining expert on ancient mysteries. Member of the Ghost Club

With reduced numbers I intend to attend and run something scrumptious as a one shot. I know aka and Leanne are in, who else do I have?
