A covert CIA operation has been compromised. Their agent operating in Hong Kong has gone missing. He was on a surveillance mission to monitor the movements of a suspected arms dealer.

Foul play is apparent, and the nature of the hi-tech arms and armour coming to the black market is enough to warrant S.H.A.R.P’s involvement. SHARP is sending a team of supers to take over the CIA operation; to determine the fate of the their agent, and discover the source of the illegal weaponry.
