Formerly a no-good outlaw, Bill was forever changed by remnants of tbe arcane war, and transformed into a cactus dryad/Cactae. Shunned by everyone, except his daughter (Bea), who he had to abandon. Bill was taken in by Minerva (leader of the dryads), who taught him to accept/embrace his new self.
