Well, I bought the new 7th edition core rulebook. Still looking through it at the moment. An expensive tome but nicely produced. Not sure about the chase rules, and don't like the artist's line drawing of Great Cthulhu, but overall I'm quietly impressed.

.... ..... ..... and don't think I didn't notice the name Scott Hughes snuck in there!!!

If anybody else is thinking of buying it and you're not sure which of the books to get - it's the Keeper Rulebook you need; everything is in there. The Investigators Handbook is by all accounts just extra fluffy stuff. The actual game rules, including character creation, is all in the Keeper's Rulebook.
