Gazathon is now booked.
I will send confirmatory emails out to those attending. unless anyone objects I will put a round robin email together so that folks organising the games can email you all.

I would like to organise and confirm food by 1st December. I haven't booked the bar as the cost would be around £100. I would rather spend that money on getting some decent local beer in.
I have a price of £90/firkin of bright ale. please let me know if folks want this organised.

For the folks who don't drink alcohol, will there be a kettle or somewhere to plug a kettle in? After 24 hours roleplaying I'm probably going to need some coffee.

the venue has a full kitchen.
you will need to bring tea and coffee etc.
I anticipate that folks will be bringing other drink/snacks
