Gazathon is now booked.
I will send confirmatory emails out to those attending. unless anyone objects I will put a round robin email together so that folks organising the games can email you all.

anyone else wanting to confirm attendance please can you post on this thread and I will include you in the email list.

so far we have 13 confirmed.

I would like to organise and confirm food by 1st December. I haven't booked the bar as the cost would be around £100. I would rather spend that money on getting some decent local beer in.
I have a price of £90/firkin of bright ale. please let me know if folks want this organised.

Red Wine should always be opened and allowed to breathe....

if it doesn't apply mouth to bottle resuscitation.
