TOPIC: GAZATHON - 12/13th Jan

HI all
I need to finalise the booking of the venue and then sort out the food/bar

can those intending to come to the event please indicate their attendance below. I will need the following inforation for each attendee:

• Name
• mobile number- * Do Not post your mobile number here, it is an open forum *
• email address
• food allergy information

will also need to know if the attendees are interested in being there for:

• late lunch about 4pm,
• evening meal about 9pm
• breakfast about 7am

f you are intending to come for only part of the event (Sat evening) please indicate that.
if you are bringing others not connected to the club please confirm their email addresses etc as above so that I can confirm details with them.

Bane is going to organise the games (we will need volunteer GM's to run games)
Hugh is going to handle Advertising and liaison with media
Sarge is going to advise loud and long that he isn't in charge of this event (even though we all know he is really! LOL)

If everyone can sign up by Sunday, providing we have a minimum of 15 hearty souls I will book the venue and organise the food. If we get more than 20 then I will organise for the bar to be open, failing that I will organise a barrel of something and some wine.

Folks should budget around £20 for the event + contributions to the 'charity pot!'

perhaps we should set up a just giving type page. that could be passed around on social media and allow donations from any?
