Bane Offline Elite Member Posts: 177	It will be very hard to do a Gazathon without games Mathematically we need 9 Gm's running an 8 hour slot, however with toilet breaks, food breaks etc it will more likley be a 6 1/2 to 7 hour slot. Confirmed Gm's so far Scot Bane Val Inept Mike Hugh Mel?? Aka?? We need possibly 1 one more if Mel and Aka can run something, c'mon guys

mikeawmids Offline Platinum Member Sadly, life can't be all gimps and mayonnaise. Posts: 1272	I'm planning to run a D&D5 module called The Chapel on the Cliffs for third level characters. Are we assigning players to games before the event or rolling up characters for each game on the day?

I was thinking we pregen all characters, mainly because we will be tired and nobody is going to be able to cope with character creation. But you are the GM in your game so it is up to you.

I was thinking of doing a lottery for each of the 3 rotations so players are allocated games fairly. If something else suits though please suggest it.

I was also going to suggest the GM's get together tonight to discuss whom will be on each rotation.

Sarge Offline Moderator Posts: 908	My game is ready to go as characters are already done. I guess rotation 1 or 2 would suit me better as its a Cthulhu scenario with an emphasis on investigation. It may be a struggle for players (and Keeper!) to get the old brain cells working well early morning

Okay the fairest way of doing this was to draw names out of a hat, quite literally.

Val drew the names and we now have the GM order.

12pm Saturday to 8 pm Saturday
