@ Tom - happy for you to import Poddle into this parallel universe or to create a new character as you choose.

@ Doug / Scott / Jim - you can use the same characters as last time or create a new character as you choose.

If there is a little side quest you could devise for the 3 remaining players I'd be more than happy to do that.

Alternatively I have a one shot I can run called Blue Alley which is a side quest within Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. Its for 4th level characters to which I have 4 pregens available, of course you could create your own too
