This 'Opera' will start pre-Delta Green membership, so OOC is is a 'milk run'. Delta Green is a life long commitment and as an unofficial conspiracy draws operatives from across the board, primarily though from federal institutions. Delta Green higher ups identify cases and pulls strings in various departments to have operatives assigned to cases. This is no different from a 'sanctioned' DG operation or a 'milk run'.
You will all play members of a federal agency, from one of those listed below, take a look, see what you fancy and post some ideas here, there is info i can give you about the departments when you decide which branch you are interested in.
You will not have had experience of the 'unnatural'...yet (or maybe you have), and may be a skeptic, but even skeptics demonstrate an interest, like Agent Scully from the X Files for example. One thing is clear, you are all open minded enough to consider 'possibilities'. You are unlikely to be approached by Delta Green if your character is actively 'anti-possibilities'.
